As Emare Clothes Store Ltd. Şti. (“EMARE” or “we”) we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority. To arrange a postal or courier return, please use our returns tool with your order number and email address. Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item.

Our Contract with You

Our acceptance of your order will occur when you place an order in-store, and we confirm we can provide the product, both verbally and in writing. At this point, a contract is formed, and full payment will be taken in-store. A receipt will be provided.

We will assign an order number and inform you of it. Please use this number for any order-related inquiries.

Our Products

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images on our website are illustrative. We strive for accuracy in color representation but cannot guarantee exact matches due to device displays and printing. Handmade product measurements have a 2% tolerance.

For bespoke orders, we aim to provide accurate virtual representations but cannot guarantee exact matches with the physical product.

To request changes to your order, contact us. We will inform you if the change is possible and any implications for price, timing, or other aspects.

Our Rights to Make Changes

We may change products to reflect legal and regulatory requirements or make minor technical adjustments and improvements. We will inform you if these changes affect your product use.

Providing the Products

We will deliver products as soon as reasonably possible, typically within five days of the estimated delivery date. If delays occur beyond our control, we will inform you and minimize the delay's effect. You can contact us to end the contract and receive a refund if there is a substantial delay.

Your Withdrawal Rights

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days, except for certain goods like sealed items unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene, or customized goods. This right is indicated on the product page before ordering.

You must return the goods within 10 days of notifying us of your withdrawal, including the invoice, packaging, accessories, and any gifts received with the purchase. Goods must be used according to their specifications and instructions during the withdrawal period to avoid responsibility for any changes or deteriorations.

Circumstances Where Withdrawal Rights Cannot Be Used

You cannot use the right of withdrawal for:

  • Goods/services with price fluctuations not controlled by the seller.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Perishable or expiring goods.
  • Goods with opened protective elements unsuitable for health/hygiene returns.
  • Mixed goods that cannot be separated after delivery.
  • Opened books, digital content, and computer consumables.
  • Periodicals like newspapers and magazines, except under subscription.
  • Accommodation, transport, car rental, food, and leisure services for specific dates or periods.
  • Instant electronic services or intangible products delivered instantly.
  • Services performed with consumer approval before the withdrawal period expires.
