As Emare Clothes Store Ltd. Şti. (“EMARE” or “we”) we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Your products are delivered to shipping provider 1-3 days after the order is placed. It will reach you in maximum 8-12 days. You have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched and the necessary fees and taxes have been paid, cancellation is no longer possible. If the product has no defects or faults, it cannot be returned.

Returns 


We do not accept returns if the product is not defective or incorrectly shipped.

If you wish to return an item due to reasons such as not fitted or personal preference,
the return shipping costs must be covered by you.

As you are individual the cost may higher than you pay when you purchased. 

Once the item reaches us, we will refund your payment after deducting any customs duties paid.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of worn, used, or perfume-scented products.


In case of a defective or incorrect product, we will refund all or part of the amount you paid, depending on the situation. 
Our company is not responsible for refunding any taxes already paid.
However, as a courtesy, we may provide you with a discount coupon equal to the tax amount so you are not at a loss. 

Taxes & Customs 


By placing an order, you accept responsibility for all possible taxes or customs charges in your country. 

If you refuse to pay these charges, the package will either be destroyed by your local courier/customs authority or returned to us, depending on their policies. 
If the package is returned to us, we will refund your payment minus customs fees.
If the package is destroyed, no refund can be issued. 

Our company is not responsible for refunding any taxes already paid.

Address & Contact Information 


You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. 

Our system automatically forwards the address you provide to the courier company. 

If the courier cannot reach you, the package will either be destroyed or returned to us, based on your local courier’s policy. 
If the package is returned to us, we will refund your payment minus customs fees.
If the package is destroyed, no refund can be issued.
